Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works well)

- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot Original)

- 1/2 cup ranch dressing

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional: sliced green onions or chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a slow cooker, combine the shredded chicken, hot sauce, ranch dressing, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, crumbled blue cheese (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

2. Stir everything together until well combined.

3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.

4. Once the dip is ready, give it a good stir to combine all the ingredients.

5. Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more hot sauce if you prefer it spicier.

6. Keep the slow cooker on the "warm" setting to keep the dip creamy and warm throughout your gathering.

7. When ready to serve, garnish with sliced green onions or chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.

8. Serve the Buffalo Chicken Dip directly from the slow cooker with celery sticks, carrot sticks, tortilla chips, or your favorite veggies for dipping.

Enjoy this creamy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip straight from the slow cooker at your next party or game day gathering!
